Schalke striker Klaas-Jan Huntelaar is confident of repeating last season's goalscoring heroics in the 2012-13 Bundesliga campaign.

The Netherlands international found the target 29 times in the German top flight and helped the Royal Blues finish third in the table.

"Scoring 29 goals once more is definitely possible," Huntelaar is quoted as saying by Bild.

"We did an excellent job in our home games last season. All we have to do now is make sure that we improve in away matches."

Schalke will begin their Bundesliga campaign with an away game against Hannover on Sunday.
