Tottenham Hotspur boss Mauricio Pochettino 'frustrated' by draw

Tottenham Hotspur manager Mauricio Pochettino expresses his frustration after his side drops two points against Besiktas.

Tottenham Hotspur boss Mauricio Pochettino was left "angry and frustrated" after a last-ditch penalty cost his side two points in their 1-1 draw with Besiktas.

Demba Ba slotted home an 89th-minute spot kick to salvage a point for the Turkish outfit in the Europa League clash, punishing Spurs for Vlad Chiriches's handball.

"In football you always can make a mistake," Sky Sports News quotes Pochettino as saying. "It was an unlucky action, a difficult action in this moment.

"He made one mistake after another mistake, but we need to accept it, because this is football. I am very disappointed. I am angry, I am frustrated and all that you want to say, but it is 1-1 in the end.

"We conceded in the last minute, which is very disappointing, and maybe frustrating. It is hard to accept this."

Harry Kane was on target for Spurs in the first period.
