Preview: Tottenham Hotspur vs. Norwich City

Tottenham Hotspur have won five of their last six matches against Norwich City. Here, Sports Mole previews their chances of extending that sequence against the Canaries.

Tottenham Hotspur head into Monday's home encounter against Norwich City on a run of one win from seven Premier League outings.

However, their recent record against Norwich is more positive, having won five of their last six meetings against the Canaries.

The home side may be without winger Gareth Bale, who is currently nursing an ankle knock.

Meanwhile, Aaron Lennon is expected to make his first start for Tottenham since recovering from a hamstring complaint.

Simeon Jackson, Andrew Crofts and Zak Whitbread are all expected to be recalled by visiting Norwich, while Anthony Pilkington could also force his way into Paul Lambert's starting lineup.

Current form:

Tottenham: LLDDWD
Norwich: LDLWLD

Possible lineups:

Tottenham: Friedel; Walker, King, Kaboul, Assou-Ekotto; Lennon, Parker, Sandro, Modric; Adebayor, Saha

Norwich: Ruddy; Martin, Whitbread, Ward, Drury; Pilkington, Surman, Hoolahan, Crofts; Jackson, Morison

Sports Mole says: 3-1
