Preview: Tottenham vs. Wolves

Tottenham are on a powerful run in the Premier League as they prepare to welcome Wolves to White Hart Lane on Saturday.

Tottenham are surging in the Premier League and could potentially surpass Manchester United in second place of the table with a win over Wolverhampton Wanderers this weekend.

Harry Redknapp's side, who are level on points with the Red Devils, have no fresh injuries following their 2-0 win over Everton yesterday but are still without Ledley King and Sandro.

Spurs playmaker Scott Parker is unlikely to start for the North London side as the former West Ham United player continues to struggle with a knee injury. Tom Huddlestone and William Gallas will also be sidelined for the encounter.

Wolves could welcome back defender Jody Craddock to the side following a five-week layoff with a hamstring problem, but a spot on the bench is likely if manager Mick McCarthy deems the 36-year-old fit enough to be in the squad.

Captain Roger Johnson is expected to return from an ankle problem, which he picked up during Wolves' FA Cup third-round clash against former club Birmingham City last weekend.

Current form:

Tottenham: WDWDWW
Wolves: LLDDDL

Possible lineups:

Tottenham: Friedel; Walker, Dawson, Kaboul, Assou-Ekotto; Bale, Modric, Livermore, Lennon; Van der Vaart; Adebayor

Wolves: Hennessey; Johnson, Ward, Berra, Stearman; Henry, Hammill, Frimpong, Forde; Edwards, Doyle

Sports Mole says: 3-0
