Tottenham Hotspur head coach Antonio Conte reportedly identifies Inter Milan defender Alessandro Bastoni as one of his priority summer transfer targets.

Tottenham Hotspur are reportedly expected to make an approach for Inter Milan defender Alessandro Bastoni during the summer transfer window.

After a strong end to the campaign, Spurs realistically require just a point from their closing Premier League fixture at Norwich City on Sunday afternoon to secure Champions League football for 2022-23.

That achievement would likely make a significant difference when it comes to trying to sign new players over the coming months, with Antonio Conte particularly keen to strengthen in defence and midfield.

According to Corriere dello Sport, Bastoni has been identified as Conte's preferred target when it comes to the centre of his backline.

Conte has previously worked with Bastoni at Inter, and the 23-year-old has gone on to make 38 appearances in Serie A and the Champions League this season.

However, the report claims that the Italian giants have no intention of parting ways with one of their key players unless they receive an offer in the region of £60m.
