Sandro signs new five-year deal at Tottenham

Sandro will stay at Tottenham until 2016 after signing a new five-year contract.

Sandro has committed his future to Tottenham after signing a new five-year deal at White Hart Lane.

The 22-year-old, who is contracted to the London club until 2016, has decided to extend his stay under Harry Redknapp after joining from Internacional last year.

The Brazil international racked up 26 appearances for Spurs last season and already has seven caps under his belt at international level.

The midfielder is currently recovering from a knee injury he picked up playing for his national side in the Copa America.
