Stoke City goalkeeper Thomas Sorensen has admitted that he could leave the Potters in search of regular football.
The 36-year-old has found first-team chances limited this season with Asmir Begovic the number one goalkeeper at Stoke.
The Danish international had previously revealed a desire to remain at the club, but he has now targeted regular football next season.
"It is clear that it is frustrating, but I still need to arm myself with patience and see what happens," Sorensen told Onside.dk.
"You have to see what is the potential to leave either in January or the summer. I see summer as the best option if something must be done.
"If this situation is the same for the summer I will do everything to try to find some playing time somewhere."
Sorensen joined Stoke from Aston Villa in 2006.
