Marcel Desailly is reportedly under consideration for the vacant manager's job at Swansea City.
Despite having never been in charge of a football club, Desailly has been placed on the shortlist by Swansea chairman Huw Jenkins, according to The Guardian.
The 44-year-old does have previous experience of English football, having spent six years as a player with Chelsea up until 2004.
Desailly, who won the World Cup in 1998 with France, brought an end to his playing career in 2006 while turning out for Qatar SC.
Swansea are expected to appoint a new boss within the next fortnight.
