Brendan Rodgers says that the best is yet to come from Michel Vorm.

Swansea City boss Brendan Rodgers has hailed goalkeeper Michel Vorm, saying that the best is yet to come from the Dutchman.

Vorm has kept seven clean sheets in 15 Premier League games for Swansea since moving from Utrecht in the summer.

"In this short period with us he's proven he's a top keeper at this level and he'll only get better," Rodgers said.

"He's been in the country only six months now so he's only going to improve and get better once he finds that co-ordination with the team by playing with them and getting more experience of the Barclays Premier League.

"His career is only on the up in terms of his performances."

Swansea are currently 11th in the Premier League with 17 points from 15 games.
