Swansea City goalkeeper Michel Vorm has pulled out of the Netherlands squad that will take on Italy in a friendly on Wednesday night.
The 29-year-old was selected despite the fact that he had missed Swansea's last two matches with a knee injury.
However, having had a fitness test earlier today, it has been decided that Vorm is not fit enough to be included for the match in Amsterdam.
The Dutch Football Association has also confirmed that coach Louis van Gaal has no plans in place to select a replacement.
