Swansea City's Danny Graham rejects move to Middlesbrough

Swansea City striker Danny Graham rejects an opportunity to move to Middlesbrough on deadline day, according to the forward's agent.

The representatives of Swansea City striker Danny Graham have claimed that the forward will not be signing for Middlesbrough on deadline day.

The 27-year-old, who is thought to be open to leaving the Liberty Stadium before tonight's 11pm deadline, is believed to be in high demand by clubs in the North-East of England.

Reports emerged this morning claiming that Championship side Middlesbrough had agreed a £5m fee with the Welsh club for the forward.

Despite Middlesbrough's interest, the frontman's agent has claimed that Graham has no intention of dropping down a league to re-sign for the club, according to Sky Sports News.

Premier League outfit Sunderland have been heavily linked with a swoop for the forward.
