Video: First look: BT Sport demonstrate goal-line technology

BT Sport presenters demonstrate how the new goal-line technology system will look on television ahead of the start of the Premier League season this weekend.

BT Sport have demonstrated how the implementation of the Goal Decision System will be shown on television.

The broadcasters are preparing for their first live Premier League game of the season, which comes in the form of Liverpool against Stoke City at Anfield on Saturday afternoon.

BT Sport's refereeing expert Mark Halsey said: "Referees will admit we have had many issues around goal decisions in the past, particularly in big matches. Too many. GDS is going to enhance and advance referees' decision-making processes."

Presenters Jake Humphrey, Steve McManaman and David James have shown viewers in a one-minute video how the system will work while using a glass-floored football pitch.
