Sports Mole provides score predictions for all of Tuesday's Championship fixtures, including Watford vs. Brentford.

QPR vs. Stoke (Tuesday, 5.30pm)

Queens Park Rangers take on Stoke City on Tuesday evening having lost four of their last five matches in the Championship.

Meanwhile, the Potters make the trip to the Kiyan Prince Foundation Stadium sitting in eighth position, two points adrift of the playoffs.

Both sides have struggled for goals of late and we expect their respective runs to continue on Tuesday night. While both teams need a win to get back on track, suffering another defeat could prove costly as they bid to achieve their targets going forward.

Bournemouth welcome Wycombe Wanderers to the Vitality Stadium on Tuesday evening looking to strengthen their hold of second spot in the Championship standings.

Meanwhile, the visitors make the trip to the South Coast on the back of eight matches without success, a run which has kept the club two points adrift of safety.

We say: Bournemouth 3-0 Wycombe Wanderers

All things considered, Wycombe have a respectable defensive record given their status in this division. However, they are likely to be outclassed in this encounter as Bournemouth look to continue their impressive showings in the final third.

Barnsley vs. Preston (Tuesday, 7.45pm)

Barnsley will be looking to secure their third win on the trot when they welcome Preston North End to Oakwell Stadium for Tuesday's Championship showdown.

Valerien Ismael's men enjoyed a 2-1 victory over Sheffield Wednesday at the weekend, whereas Preston were no match for Luton Town as they lost 3-0 last time out.

We say: Barnsley 2-2 Preston North End

Preston fans have no reason to panic despite the manner of their crushing defeat to Luton, but they are now facing a Barnsley side who are only looking upwards with Ismael in control of the reins. The two sides are not renowned for one-pointers, but we are struggling to pick a winner and are ultimately backing a four-goal draw at Oakwell Stadium.

Bristol City vs. Millwall (Tuesday, 7.45pm)

Bristol City will endeavour to get their push for a playoff berth back on track when they play host to an out-of-sorts Millwall side on Tuesday evening in the Championship.

Dean Holden's side were put to the sword by Rotherham United at the weekend, whereas Millwall's winless run continued with a 3-0 defeat to Middlesbrough.

We say: Bristol City 2-1 Millwall

Bristol City were not at the races against Rotherham, but Holden's men should have no such trouble on their own turf against a lowly Millwall outfit. The hosts do have a plethora of injuries to contend with, and while Rowett has demanded a reaction from his side at Ashton Gate, we do not expect the Lions to make the journey back to the capital with something to show for their efforts.

Nott'm Forest vs. Sheff Weds (Tuesday, 7.45pm)

Two sides enduring torrid spells of form in the Championship will do battle at the City Ground on Tuesday evening as Nottingham Forest play host to Sheffield Wednesday.

The visitors are rooted to the bottom of the table after 18 matches, while goal difference is the only thing keeping Forest out of the relegation zone.

We say: Nottingham Forest 1-0 Sheffield Wednesday

Forest do boast a terrific recent record against Wednesday, and Hughton will be desperate to use this game as a catalyst for change with the difficult fixtures out of the way for now. Wednesday's position is becoming more perilous by the week and Pulis must look to turn his side's fortunes around before the new year, but we are backing Forest to be the ones to end their winless streak with a much-needed triumph in midweek.

Watford vs. Brentford (Tuesday, 8.00pm)

Brentford visit Watford on Tuesday evening looking to extend their unbeaten return in the Championship to 12 matches.

Sitting just two points in front of the visitors, the fourth-placed Hornets must avoid defeat to remain ahead of the Bees in the standings.

We say: Watford 1-1 Brentford

While both teams will look to show ambition in the final third during this fixture, a contest between two strong outfits at this level could end in a low-scoring draw. All things considered, both managers would accept such a result at this stage of the campaign.
