West Bromwich Albion head coach Alan Pardew says that he is "frustrated" and "angry" with the club's current form in the Premier League.

West Bromwich Albion head coach Alan Pardew has admitted that he is "frustrated" and "angry" with the club's current standing in the Premier League.

The Baggies are currently regarded as odds-on favourites to finish bottom of the top-flight standings, with the West Midlands outfit eight points adrift of safety with just eight games remaining.

West Brom make the trip to Bournemouth this weekend, and Pardew has claimed that the senior members of the first-team squad must start "to deliver".

At a press conference, the 56-year-old told reporters: "I'm frustrated. I'm angry. We have to keep fighting until the last moment. When we play Bournemouth we will have to run further than we have all season. Bournemouth are an athletic team and we need to be ready for that.

"It's about players performing. The senior players need to deliver otherwise we won't be in with a shout of staying up. If we aren't in with a shout, then I'll need to look to the future. We didn't give ourselves a chance last weekend."

Pardew has recorded three wins and 11 defeats in his 19 matches in charge of West Brom.
