Wolverhampton Wanderers striker Steven Fletcher has hailed his side's "fighting spirit" after they came from a goal down to beat Sunderland 2-1 at Molineux.
The Scot's brace earned Mick McCarthy's team a valuable three points against their fellow strugglers.
"We showed fighting spirit straight from the kickoff," said Fletcher. "The way we pressed and got forward, we always looked as if we were going to score."
The win has lifted the Midlands side up into 15th place in the Premier League table.
