Ferrari president Luca di Montezemolo has said that he expects "strong changes" at Formula 1's governing body, the FIA.
The 66-year-old believes that Jean Todt will be re-elected as the president of the organisation and will make important reforms.
"Todt will be reconfirmed and I expect strong changes because for too many years the Federation has always been the same and, as in everything, a change is required," he told RAI Uno. "Having said that, a strong sporting authority is always a priority for Ferrari."
Di Montezemolo was also critical of F1 supremo Bernie Ecclestone claiming that Red Bull boss Christian Horner could be his successor.
"Ecclestone sees Horner as his successor? As the years go by, he more and more enjoys making jokes and I'm happy he still has the desire to do so," added the Italian.
Ferrari finished third in the constructors' championship in the 2013 F1 season.
