McLaren driver Lewis Hamilton has been given a three-place grid penalty for Sunday's Indian Grand Prix after ignoring caution flags in first practice.
The Englishman had set the fastest time of the opening practice run in New Delhi.
Sauber's Sergio Perez has also been handed the same penalty at the new Buddh International Circuit.
Hamilton and Perez set their fastest times while marshals attended to Williams driver Pastor Maldonando, who had stopped with an engine failure.
