Four-time Formula 1 world champion Sebastian Vettel has played down comparisons between himself and Michael Schumacher.
Vettel has joined Ferrari for the forthcoming season and his team principal Maurizio Arrivabene has remarked that he is a "carbon copy" of his fellow German.
"It is always very special to be compared to Michael," Vettel told Sport Bild. "And I'm also happy that I have been so warmly welcomed by everyone at Ferrari.
"Still, I'm Sebastian, not Michael, and I must and will go my own way. I also think today is a very different time to Michael's."
Vettel finished fifth in the drivers' standings last season.
