Reigning world champion Sebastian Vettel believes that the problems in the opening half of the Formula 1 season have brought Red Bull closer together, and says they will keep pushing in the second half.
Red Bull have overcome technical controversies and 'harsh' penalties so far this season, leaving Vettel 42 points adrift in the drivers' championship.
"We had a good car with a double diffuser, but it was banned," he told Bild. "We had a good car with a blown diffuser, but it was banned. Why? I have no idea."
There have also been arguments over wheel hubs, engine mapping and ride-height adjustment but Vettel that insists the team still have their eye on the ball.
He continued: "All the trouble lately is not pushing up apart. Actually,it binds us together even more.
"It's a long season and we will keep fighting."
The Formula 1 teams are currently on a month break and the competition continues in September with the Belgian Grand Prix.
