Daniel Ricciardo has insisted that he is enjoying the extra attention which comes with driving for Red Bull.
The Aussie was promoted from Toro Rosso to replace Mark Webber last winter and has shown his worth by outperforming four-time world champion Sebastian Vettel.
He will finish ahead of the German in the drivers' rankings this season and Ricciardo has suggested that he is comfortable being in the limelight.
He told Crash.net: "I act like I like the attention sometimes, I'm a bit of a goof! Generally it's cool. I feel like I know the team well enough now to have those conversations and it feels nice to give my input.
"But of course if I didn't know anything then I would keep my mouth shut rather than steer them in a blind direction, but I feel like I've been able to help on a few things."
Red Bull are set to finish second in the constructors' championship, but trail Mercedes by 288 points.
