Charlie Beljan has retained his lead at the Children's Miracle Network Hospitals Classic in Florida after the end of play on day three.
The 28-year-old finished the third round on Saturday 13 under-par overall, two shots clear of Brian Gay, Josh Teater and Charlie Wi.
The American was rushed to hospital with heart palpitations on Friday following the conclusion of the second round and was advised by doctors to withdraw from the tournament.
Beljan started play on Saturday by bogeying two of the first three holes, but he picked up a shot on the par-five fourth and further birdies on the seventh, 10th and 11th helped him gain momentum.
