Jimenez shot a two-under-par 68 while Campbell recorded a 69 as they opened up a one-shot lead on the field.
Italy's Matteo Manassero is targeting his second tournament win in a row after his victory in Singapore last week, and he produced a round of 64 to move into third place on nine-under-par.
China's Zhang Lian-Wei joined Manassero a shot adrift of the leaders while Sweden's Fredrik Andersson-Hed finished on eight-under.
Republic of Ireland's Peter Lawrie remains in contention on seven-under-par.
