Chris Doak has a one-shot lead at the end of round two at the Scottish Open at Castle Stuart.

The Scot, who is playing just his second season of the European Tour, carded five birdies, an eagle and one bogey on his way to a six-under-par round of 66, leaving himself 12-under for the tournament.

American Peter Uihlein, Denmark's JB Hansen and English duo Matthew Southgate and Ross Fisher are just one shot behind the 35-year-old, who would be the first Scotsman to win the tournament since 1999.
