Giulia Steingruber continues impressive gymnastics showing in Baku to take gold

Giulia Steingruber wins Switzerland's fourth gymnastics medal of the inaugural European Games, courtesy of success in the women's floor final event.

Switzerland's Giulia Steingruber has secured her second gold medal of the day at Baku 2015 by winning the women's floor exercise final.

The 21-year-old also came out on top in the women's vault earlier today at the National Gymnastics Arena, before settling for bronze in the women's beam event.

Steingruber posted a score of 14.266 to successfully hold off the Russian Federation's Aliya Mustafina, while bronze went to Lieke Wevers of the Netherlands.

Switzerland now have 12 medals in all at the first ever European Games, with four of those coming in gymnastics events.
