Everton have sent out a survey to a group of supporters asking them to rate manager Sam Allardyce's performance on a scale of zero to 10.
The survey is part of an exercise with a fan panel designed to discover how connected they feel to the club.
The final round of questions asked the participant, firstly, to rate whether they agree or disagree that they "have a high level of trust in the current manager and coaching staff of Everton e.g. in making the right decision to get the best out of the team".
The survey then asked whether the participant has "a high level of trust in the current senior leadership team at Everton e.g. in making the right decisions for the club's future".
The third question asked whether the participant has "a high level of trust in other Everton fans", and the fourth and final asked whether they have "a high level of trust in the current Everton players e.g. being loyal and performing at their best for the club".
Allardyce took charge of Everton in November and has guided the club to ninth in the Premier League table but has found himself booed by Toffees fans on numerous occasions during and after games.
The survey was first introduced 12 months ago, when fans were asked the same about the then-manager Ronald Koeman.
