The Football League has warned Leeds United that the club will be charged with misconduct if owner Massimo Cellino does not remove his ban on Sky Sports.
It is believed that the Italian businessman has instructed staff to deny access to the broadcaster ahead of this evening's Championship match against Derby County at Elland Road.
Reports have claimed that Cellino is unhappy that the club's fixtures have been moved to accommodate the television schedule.
However, the Italian, who has been banned twice by the Football League, may have to rethink his approach as the Championship club will be charged with misconduct if they do not comply.
A spokesman for the league released a statement, which read: "Under Football League regulations, clubs are required to provide access to the league's broadcasting partners for the purpose of setting up and filming any matches that are selected for transmission.
"Failure to do so will lead to a club being charged with misconduct with the matter being referred to an independent Football Disciplinary Commission (FDC). The FDC has a full range of sanctions at its disposal."
Tonight's match will get underway at 7.45pm at Elland Road.
