Manchester United winger Adnan Januzaj has reportedly teamed up with David Beckham's publicist Simon Oliveira in order to focus on his commitments away from the pitch.

The 19-year-old is said to have a Belgian agent, but has approached a separate company for off-field matters.

According to the Daily Mail, Januzaj has signed up to sports investment group Doyen, whose founders include Beckham's publicist Oliveira.

The company also represents Barcelona stars Neymar and Xavi, as well as Manchester City forward Alvaro Negredo.
