A survivor of the devastating tsunami in Indonesia met Real Madrid star Cristiano Ronaldo during the Ballon d'Or winner's international commitments with Portugal this week.
Martunis, now at Sporting Clube de Portugal, was eight years old when he was found stranded on a beach 21 days after the tsunami struck in December 2004, killing over 230,000 people.
Now a teenager, Martunis, whose mother and two sisters died in the tragedy, recently met up with Ronaldo, who while playing at Manchester United paid for the youngster's house to be rebuilt.
Ronaldo has met Martunis numerous times in the past, and they were reunited again this week.
Portugal's media team caught the meeting on camera.
