Former England captain Mick Mills has reportedly been accused of 'turning a blind eye' to controversial initiation ceremonies at Stoke City back in the 1980s.
The 64-year-old was the manager of the Potters when teenage footballers were allegedly punished in a ceremony known as 'the Finger', which is said to have involved a goalkeeper's glove being covered with heat cream and used in a sexual assault.
Former trainee George Blackstock has taken action against the Premier League outfit, claiming that he has been left with post-traumatic stress after suffering the initiation, but Mills has denied having any knowledge of the alleged incidents, according to The Guardian.
Former first-team goalkeeper Peter Fox is also being sued by Blackstock.
