Jordan Cox agrees new Hull Kingston Rovers deal

Hull Kingston Rovers forward Jordan Cox signs a new deal, to the delight of head coach Craig Sandercock.

Hull Kingston Rovers forward Jordan Cox has agreed terms on a new deal which will see him extend his stay at the club until the summer of 2016.

The 22-year-old, who made his debut for the club in 2011, joins James Green and Macauley Hallett in securing his future at Hull for the near future, a move welcomed by head coach Craig Sandercock.

"It's really important as a club that we keep hold of our home-grown players," he told the club's official website.

"Jordan has worked very hard to develop his game over the past couple of years and he's only going to get better."

Cox has played 48 times for Hull KR.
