Ryan Hall is hopeful that Leeds Rhinos' victory in yesterday's Challenge Cup final will be the start of a new chapter for the club.
The England winger scored two tries for his side at Wembley as the Yorkshire outfit ran out 23-10 winners against Castleford Tigers.
It meant a first win in the showpiece final for Leeds following six successive final defeats.
"Emotionally it's one of the best ever feelings," the Daily Mail quotes Hall as saying. "It is all the more sweet because of our record here, I won't lie to you.
"We did think about the past leading up to the game and used it as a positive. It's a new chapter, the book of Leeds Rhinos 2014. I'm so glad that we've done it."
The Rhinos are back in Super League action on Friday night with a clash against St Helens.
