Salford Red Devils head coach Iestyn Harris has admitted that missed chances cost his side during their defeat to St Helens in the Super League.
The Red Devils suffered a seventh consecutive loss in the competition on Friday as they were beaten 32-12 at Langtree Park.
Salford remain in 11th place in the table with 11 points from 16 matches.
"I think what [the scoreline] reflected is how clinical Saints were and the missed opportunities that we had," Harris is quoted as saying by BBC Sport.
"We created a lot of opportunities against one of the best sides in the competition. If we perform as we did [in this game] we're going to be difficult to play against - we've just got to pick up on those lapses in concentration defensively."
Salford are back in action on June 14 when they will travel to Wakefield Trinity Wildcats.
