Bath have drafted in American World Cup hooker Chris Biller to help ease their injury crisis.
Bath's director of rugby, Sir Ian McGeechan, is currently without the services of Lee Mears, Pieter Dixon and Ross Batty through injury. He has responded by bringing in the 26-year-old on a short-term contract.
"We have been unlucky with the injuries we've sustained, but to have someone of Chris's ability available to us is great," McGeechan told the club's official website.
"He is a good strong player who has played to a very high level, and we are really looking forward to him adding to the experience we have within the squad."
Biller has won 16 caps for his country and has started their last two games against Russia and Italy.
