England head coach Stuart Lancaster has made six changes to his side to face South Africa this weekend.
Tom Wood has been called into the team to replace Tom Johnson at openside flanker, while Alex Corbisiero has been named as loose head prop following the injury blow to Joe Marler.
Joe Launchbury will receive his first Test start on Saturday as he prepares to line up as lock over Tom Palmer, while Charlie Sharples has made way for Mike Brown and Ben Youngs has secured a place at scrum-half over Danny Care.
Meanwhile, Lancaster has named Jonathan Joseph, James Haskell and Mouritz Botha on the bench for this weekend's contest.
