Coach Andy Robinson will make 11 changes to the side that beat Romania for Scotland's match against Georgia on Wednesday.
Rory Lawson has been named as captain in place of Alistair Kellock, while Nathan Hines and Jim Hamilton come into the second row.
Euan Murray is drafted into the front row, with Ross Rennie and Alasdair Strokosch competing in the back row.
Dan Parks will begin at fly-half, and Graeme Morrison and Nick De Luca will also take their tournament bows.
"The selection is based on the four-day turnaround from Saturday's match and is about us continuing our winning start to the tournament with a victory over Georgia," said Robinson.
"It should not be interpreted as a reflection on our performance against Romania."
The Scots currently sit top of Group B, one point ahead of England.
