Sam Warburton has been passed fit to lead Wales out against England at Twickenham this weekend.
The 23-year-old was forced to miss the Six Nations match against Scotland last time out because of a dead leg.
However, he has recovered from that complaint and is expected to captain the Dragons as they bid for the Triple Crown.
Lock Alun Wyn Jones is also back in contention from selection, having recovered from a dislocated toe.
