Worcester Warriors hooker Agustin Creevy has been ruled out for two months with a knee injury.
The Argentine international suffered the problem during his side's 21-6 defeat to Bath in the Aviva Premiership on Friday.
The 28-year-old will now be out of action until the New Year after undergoing surgery.
"Gus has been ruled out after he was forced off through injury during last Friday's match," Worcester coach Dean Ryan told the club's official website.
"It's obviously disappointing that he will not be available to us as he has had a fantastic start to his Warriors career."
Creevy joined Worcester from French side Montpellier over the summer.
