Duncan Scott heads British one-two in men's 200m freestyle

Duncan Scott edges out British compatriot Cameron Kurle in the men's 200m freestyle final at the European Games.

Great Britain's Duncan Scott has won his third gold medal at the European Games with victory in the men's 200m freestyle final.

The 18-year-old led from start to finish to touch home ahead of teammate Cameron Kurle, who stormed through the field after being in last spot after the first quarter of the race.

The British pair will be joined on the podium by Russia's Elisei Stepanov who won the bronze.

Scott's gold is Team GB's 17th of the Games.
