British number one Andy Murray has claimed a place in the Thailand Open semi-finals after beating Grigor Dimitrov in straight sets.
The 24-year-old cruised through the quarter-final with a 6-4 6-4 scoreline against the Bulgarian.
The Scot managed to break the 20-year-old in the ninth game to go on and win the first set after holding his serve.
Despite putting the world number four under pressure, Dimitrov failed to overcome Murray and was forced to accept defeat.
Murray will face France's Gilles Simon in the semi-final.
