Organisers of the Sochi Olympics have been forced to reschedule an event on Friday due to the warm weather.
The temperature at the Winter Olympics is forecast to get even hotter tomorrow, forcing the men's super-combined downhill to be pushed forward by an hour to avoid the sun having an effect on the snow.
Alexandra Kosterina, one of the organisers of the Games, has reiterated that contingency procedures are in place, but so far no "stored snow" has had to be used in any of the events.
The Coastal Cluster, which is the site used for skating events, is expected to be the heaviest effected venue, reaching temperatures of around 17°C.
