The Cleveland Browns are poised to hire Kyle Shanahan as their new offensive coordinator, according to a report.

Cleveland have been searching for an offensive coordinator as part of their staffing changes in the off-season, as Norv Turner is close to joining the Minnesota Vikings.

The 34-year-old has been in the NFL since the 2004 season.
