Green Bay Packers coach Mike McCarthy has admitted that his side are in a hole following their loss to the Detroit Lions on Thanksgiving.
The Packers fell to a crushing 40-10 defeat at Ford Field, with Morgan Burnett offering the only form of resistance for McCarthy's side.
"We're in a hole. We thought we were in a hole going into the Detroit game," said McCarthy following Thursday's defeat.
"We've got two division losses and a tie. That's not where you want to be. This league is exciting each and every week, and that's the way you have to approach it."
The Packers are back in action next Sunday as they face Atlanta Falcons.
