Green Bay Packers could be close to wrapping up the contracts of linebacker Clay Matthews and quarterback Aaron Rodgers, according to ESPN.
Matthews, who made 13 sacks last season, is expected to agree to a new £8.5m contract in the coming weeks, while Rodgers could become the highest-paid player in NFL history with a deal of £16.5m per year.
However, Rodgers did not give away any details when he spoke to Milwaukee's 102.9 FM.
He said: "We'll see what happens here. I don't have an answer for you."
Rodgers's current deal is worth £43m over six years.
