Odrick is poised to leave the Miami Dolphins after five years with the club by agreeing a contract worth $7m (£4.6m) per season, with the length of the deal to be determined.
The Jaguars are also closing in on the signing of Parnell, who has spent the last five seasons with the Dallas Cowboys, as the 28-year-old has agreed a five-year deal worth $32m (£21m), according to several media outlets.
