New York Jets owner Woody Johnson has confirmed that his side are interested in Philadelphia Eagles wide receiver DeSean Jackson.
The Eagles are reportedly ready to release or cut the Pro Bowl receiver due to his high salary over the new three years, and the Jets are one of a number of NFL teams that are trying to acquire him.
"We're looking at a number of players, including DeSean," Johnson told the Philadelphia Inquirer.
The Jets have already signed wide receiver Eric Decker and quarterback Michael Vick during the off-season.
