New Oakland Raiders coach Jack Del Rio has insisted that it isn't all on quarterback Derek Carr to bring the franchise success.
Del Rio was introduced to the media as the new Raiders coach in a press conference on Friday, and he discussed his signal-caller.
"As an organisation, we have a lot to do, but we understand where we're going and how we're going to get there," Del Rio told reporters.
"Part of that is making sure a good, young talent like Derek is not asked to do too much, that he has a great support system around him."
The former Jacksonville Jaguars coach has 139 regular-season games under his belt after nine seasons with the team, while he also spent time in Denver as the defensive play-caller.
