Report: Kam Chancellor holding out for new deal

Seattle Seahawks star Kam Chancellor will skip training camp as contract talks drag on, according to reports.

Seattle Seahawks star Kam Chancellor is reportedly not going to return to training camp until he reaches a deal on a new contract with the organisation.

The Seahawks safety and three-time Pro Bowler is unhappy with the terms of the contract he currently has which he signed for in 2013.

Seahawks training camp opens on Friday, and the defensive star is not expected to attend with the rest of his teammates, according to ESPN.

Chancellor played in the Super Bowl last season with a torn medial collateral ligament in his left knee, although he went through rehabilitation this summer without undergoing surgery.
