Tampa Bay Buccaneers have released veteran quarterback Josh McCown, with one year still left on his contract.
McCown failed to impress in 11 games last year, as he threw just 11 touchdowns and was intercepted 14 times in his first season with the team.
The 35-year-old was behind a line that gave up 52 sacks last season, the third most in the NFL.
Tampa Bay are expected to sign a quarterback as their first pick in the NFL Draft, with Jameis Winston the early favourite.
McCown has played for seven other franchises, including Arizona Cardinals, Miami Dolphins and Chicago Bears.
