Washington Redskins wide receiver DeSean Jackson has been carted off the field in his side's clash against the Indianapolis Colts.
The 27-year-old was running downfield against Colts cornerback Josh Gordy when he fell to the turf without receiving any contact from the defender.
Medical staff from the Redskins treated Jackson for an apparent leg injury as he knee appeared to buckle, and the team took the decision to cart him off the field, ending his game in the third quarter.
Jackson had recorded five receptions for 84 yards and a touchdown in the game.
