Cleveland Cavaliers guard Iman Shumpert has insisted that his cannot afford to fold in the NBA Finals following the loss of Kyrie Irving.
Irving has been ruled out for up to four months after he sustained a fractured kneecap in game one of the Finals against the Golden State Warriors, joining Kevin Love and Anderson Varejao on the sidelines for the Cavaliers.
However, Shumpert is adamant that David Blatt's men have to keep on battling against the Warriors to win the NBA Championship.
"We got to continue on," he told reporters. "Kyrie wouldn't want us to just fold now. We got to make sure that we go out there and get game two."
Cleveland trail 1-0 in the series going into game two later today.
